Richard Storrs has practiced construction law in Georgia since 1984. He has represented all the players in the industry—owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, design professionals, and sureties.
His work includes drafting contracts and subcontracts, as well as reviewing agreements and suggesting revisions to protect his clients. He also has spent considerable time preparing claims and negotiating payment of claims and change orders.
When disputes go unresolved, Richard has significant experience litigating cases in state and federal court, and pursuing arbitration. His experience includes:
